Your 60-minute consultation will include a lifestyle and nutrition assessment, review of current food selection, preparation and intake and the creation of a wellness plan to your support goals, needs and lifestyle.
One-On-One Personal Training:
Not sure where to start? Can’t stay accountable? Looking to increase strength or lose some weight? By investing your time with a personal trainer your workouts are guaranteed to be safe, effective and time efficient. Each 60-minute session will be fun, full of variety and tailored to your specific fitness needs and goals.
Train with a friend or family member. Get fit and have fun together! Sessions are 75 minutes in duration.
30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of one-on-one personal training.
